Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    2 c. raw rice
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Fry bacon dry.
    Remove from pan.
    Cook the onions tender.
    Add washed rice, tomatoes, seasonings and crumbled bacon.
    Cook on top of stove 10 minutes.
    Pour in casserole.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring with fork a couple of times.
