Beer Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. beer
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, beer, egg and vegetable oil in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
Coat suggested food with flour.
Dip into batter with tongs or fork, allowing excess batter to drip into bowl; fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain.
