Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    juice of 1 orange
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Grind cranberries finely with part of orange skin.
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in water.
    Add cranberries and remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Chill, stirring occasionally until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
