Sprouts And Fried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. minced, fresh ginger
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    alfalfa sprouts (as many as desired)
    4 scallions (white and green portions), sliced
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or skillet.
    Add cooked rice and ginger.
    Stir constantly over medium heat until the rice is heated through. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate until lightly chilled.
