Curry Chickens And Cashews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts (boneless)
1 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup (depending on chicken amount)
1 small pkg. sour cream
2 to 3 tsp. curry
1 c. chopped cashews
Preparation

Slice chicken breast lengthwise into strips.
Place strips in casserole dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and curry.
Pour over chicken.
Bake covered about half an hour at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover and sprinkle with cashews and bake another 15 minutes.
(Chopped green onions also cook nice.)
Serve with steamed rice.
