Squash Tian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 butternut squash (1-inch chunks)
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large garlic clove
    1/4 to 1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Shake squash chunks in a bag of flour; shake off excess flour. Put into oiled or buttered shallow baking dish.
    Scatter with cheese, minced garlic and pepper to taste.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Put into a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
