Parmesan Cheese Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. finely chopped almonds
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
salt and pepper
12 buttered toast strips
Preparation

Blanch and chop almonds and saute in butter until golden.
Mix cheese, cream and parsley.
Add salt and pepper to taste, then spread on toast strips.
Sprinkle tops with almonds and put in hot oven to heat thoroughly.
Makes 12 canapes.
