Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat egg, water and vinegar.
    Add salt and shortening to flour and mix.
    Then add egg mixture to flour mixture.
    Makes two double-crust pies.
