Angel Food Cake Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box sugar-free instant pudding
    2 c. cold skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) lemon yogurt
Preparation
    Prepare pudding as directed on box.
    Fold in yogurt.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Slice cake into 3 layers.
    Spread filling between layers.
    Frost with whipped topping made with skim milk.
