Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 lb. Velveeta, cheese, cubed
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in ovenproof baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until light brown on top.
