Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
2 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, diced
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Beat together oil and eggs.
Add sugar, salt, soda, and cinnamon.
Add apples, flour, and vanilla.\tBeat well.
Add pecans.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from side of pan.
