Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. frozen chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    generous dash of allspice
    1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    1 c. frozen nondairy creamer, defrosted
Preparation
    In 2-quart round glass casserole, place broccoli, onion and butter; cover.
    Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, or until broccoli is thawed.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add broth and nondairy creamer, stirring until smooth.
    Cover and microwave on medium 8 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Let stand, covered, about 3 minutes before serving.
