Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced fresh rhubarb
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and egg; add salt and vanilla.
    Mix soda into sour milk and add to first mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, then rhubarb and nuts last.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and top with crumbs made of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and 1/4 cup nuts.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
