Chicken Livers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. chicken livers
    2 onions, sliced in thin rings
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Roll chicken livers in flour and salt.
    Heat oil and add livers; cook until brown on all sides.
    Add onion rings, stirring, until browned.
    Drain off excess oil and add lemon pepper, parsley and hot water.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat through.
    Serve over toast points, white rice or noodles.
