Easy Crab Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crab meat (can substitute imitation crab, shrimp, clams or fish or use all the listed ingredients)
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 can Carnation evaporated milk (12 oz.)
    12 oz. whole milk
    1 large Vidalia onion
    1 stalk celery (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    splash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Dice onion and celery.
    Saute in butter and Worcestershire sauce and cook until tender.
    Add crab, soup and milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    (Do not bring to a boil.)
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    For thinner soup, add equal amounts of whole and evaporated milk.
    Serve hot.
