Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts
fresh carrots, sliced in thin circles
fresh broccoli flowerets, sliced
green pepper, sliced in thin strips
onion, sliced in thin circles
20 oz. pineapple chunks (optional)
La Choy sweet and sour sauce
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cut chicken 1/4-inch chunks, season and flour lightly; slowly cook in 1/3 cup of oil until done.
In a large skillet, saute in margarine over low heat carrots, broccoli, green peppers and onions approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix together the chicken and vegetables, serve over rice, add pineapple and sweet and sour sauce.
