Italian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. macaroni shells
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cracker meal
    2 pt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells as directed on package, drain and cool.
    Mix cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and cracker meal.
    Remove one shell at a time.
    Stuff each shell with cheese mixture.
    Pour 1 pint of spaghetti sauce into large shallow casserole.
    Arrange stuffed shells on top.
    Cover with second pint of spaghetti sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
