Macaroni Casserole #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
    2/3 c. milk
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix
    soup, milk, cheese, mayonnaise, onion and pimento. Microwave
    until
    cheese melts.
    Stir thoroughly; add macaroni and pour
    into
    9
    x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
