Potato Cheese Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    8 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook bacon until partially done.
    Remove from fat; drain. Combine potatoes, onion, mayonnaise, onion and cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish, top with bacon, cut in pieces.
    Top with olive slices (optional).
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
