Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 c. grated zucchini (not peeled)
3 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and oil.
Mix well.
Stir in grated zucchini. Add dry ingredients and blend. Stir in nuts. Bake in two greased loaf pans, 9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
