Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour
    three 9-inch cake pans. Sift flour, sugar, salt and cocoa together.
    Add buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla to dry ingredients.
    Mix together with mixer until well blended.
    Blend in red food coloring.
    Finally, mix vinegar and soda together and blend into other mixture.
    Mix at medium speed only until well blended.
    Pour into pans and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
