Hot Chocolate Heaven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. half and half or milk
    3/4 lb. semi-sweet chocolate (finely chopped)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Gently heat half and half in saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and vanilla. Let stand 1 minute. Whisk until smooth.
    Makes 8 servings.
