Low-Fat Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, ground twice
    1 tsp. salt, or less
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes, or more
    1/4 tsp. bay leaf, crumbled
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. summer savory
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. canola oil (just enough to hold sausage patty together)
Preparation
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Form into patties.
    Grill or pan fry until done.
