Squash On The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

spring onions
1 squash per person (yellow)
butter (1 Tbsp. per squash)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash squash and cut off ends.
Do not peel squash.
Slice squash lengthwise but do not cut through.
Cut spring onion and insert into squash.
Add butter, salt and pepper.
Wrap in aluminum foil tightly so butter will not leak out.
Put on grill and cook until soft, turning often.
Can be baked in oven.
Great with barbecue chicken.
