Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick oleo
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mixture will be rather stiff; then mix next 4 ingredients and pour on top of first layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
