Ruby Workman'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. sugar
2 raw egg yolks or 1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Cut in shortening with flour, salt and sugar.
Beat egg, vinegar and water all together and add to mixture.
Roll out as usual for pies.
