Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole milk
1/4 stick margarine
2 egg yolks
1 pinch salt
2 or 3 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Mix
as if you were making biscuit dough;
knead
on
a floured
surface and roll out real thin with
a
rolling
pin. Cut into 1 inch squares.
Drop into
thickened,
boiling
hot chicken broth and boil until dumplings are done.
