High Protein Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whole milk
    3/4 c. powdered milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add whole milk and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle powdered milk and flavoring over mixture.
    Beat or blend until smooth.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
