Hawaiian Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. pineapple syrup
    1/4 c. tomato ketchup
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch sq.
    5 slices pineapple, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; brown in greased skillet.
    Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
    Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
