Yeast Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed potato
    1 pkg. yeast and 1 tsp. sugar, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    8 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Let stand overnight in a large bowl. This will double in size until morning.
    Knead in flour until a nice texture.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Let rise about 2 hours, until double in size.
    Grease pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes, until light brown.
    Makes 6 dozen.
