Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream 1/2 cup oleo and 3/4 cup sugar; beat until light.
Add egg and beat well.
Sift 2 cups flour with baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Beat until smooth. Fold in berries.
Blend remaining 1/4 cup oleo, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon.
Sprinkle topping over batter.
Bake in greased 9 x 9-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (350\u00b0 if using glass pan).
