Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. strawberries
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt

Preparation

By hand, mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add dry ingredients, then nuts and strawberries.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Yields 2 loaves or 3 coffee-can rounds.
