Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fat-free or lite reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. broken walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ginger (if used) and salt.
    Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onions and walnuts (if used).
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 5 1/2 cups.
