Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
    1 c. black walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter with shortening, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk. Add flavoring and walnuts. Stir with spoon; grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Test with toothpick.
