Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 c. finely chopped apples, peeled
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and oil; beat well.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture and beat well.
    Stir in apples and nuts (batter will be stiff).
    Spoon into 10-inch greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
