Nana'S Chicken-N-Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    parsley
    carrots (1 small bag)
    1 pt. sour cream
    deboned chicken pieces (of your choice)
    1 medium onion
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown onions in oil.
    Place chicken in pan with onions and cover with water.
    Cook approximately 1/2 hour over medium heat. Slice carrots and add.
    Sprinkle with parsley and paprika (enough to color top of broth).
    Cook about 1/2 hour or until carrots are done.
    Broth should just cover top of ingredients at this point. Pour sour cream in and stir well.
    Fill sour cream container 1/2 way with water and 3 tablespoons flour.
    Shake well and mix slowly into broth.
    Stir until smooth.
    (End mixture should be slightly thick and creamy.)
