Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    chopped walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add all together, adding zucchini last.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes very well.
