Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. water
1 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Combine sugar and flour in bowl.
Set aside.
On stove, stir water, oil and cocoa until boiling.
Pour over dry ingredients and beat with mixer.
Add eggs, baking soda and buttermilk.
Stir well.
Pour into greased 10 x 15-inch sheet pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
