Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers and clean out centers.
    Place peppers in boiling water for just 3 or 4 minutes, then take up and drain. Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Add rice, tomatoes, 1/2 cup water and dash of Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cheese, then stuff peppers.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
