Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium-sized firm, ripe tomatoes
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    red pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes, remove stems and halve crosswise.
    Place cut side up in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and red pepper.
    Spread each with mustard.
    Mix together margarine, bread crumbs and cheese.
    Spread mixture over tomatoes.
    Bake in a 350` oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
