Coconut Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

4 lb. fresh shrimp, deveined and butterflied tail on
batter mix pkg.
large bag coconut
Preparation
-
Wash shrimp and pat dry.
Dip into batter.
Then lightly press into coconut, all sides. Then fry in oil.
Shrimp floats when done. Coconut turns light golden.
