Egg Nog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cream
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Add ice cold milk and cream.
Beat with mixer until frothy.
