Low Calorie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. low calorie Jell-O
    1 can fruit cocktail and juice
    1 small carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    a few small marshmallows (for top)
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and fruit cocktail.
    Chill until lightly firm.
    Mix Cool Whip, cottage cheese and marshmallows.
    Contains about 60 calories per 3/4 cup serving.
