Fern'S Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots (sliced)
    3 cans green beans with juice
    2 onions (sliced)
    1/2 head cabbage (cut-up)
    4 potatoes (chunked)
    2 lbs. hamburger meat (made into patties)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    In a large pot layer vegetables in order of list. Add onion soup mix to meat. Layer meat patties on top of vegetables. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until meat is done (about 1 hour).
