Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mild or hot jalapeno relish
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook each of the meats and drain well.
    Put in crock-pot.
    Add the soup, relish and cheese (cut up).
    Cook on low.
