Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 chopped onion
    1 can vegetable beef soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients well and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
