Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. clear beef broth
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 c. cubed cooked beef
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet, over medium heat, cook onions, celery and carrots in hot margarine, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beef; heat through.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
Heat to boiling.
Stir in Worcestershire.
