Fluffy Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. lard
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, lard and sugar.
    Mix well until crumbly.
    Add buttermilk and roll out.
    Keep dough soft.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 11 biscuits.
    Brush with butter.
