Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. self-rising flour
    milk
Preparation
    Mix Crisco and flour in a mixing bowl, adding enough milk to make it mix well. Stir until stiff enough to handle.
    Dip out and put on floured wax paper.
    Knead until smooth.
    Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll in hand to make little biscuits.
    Place in a baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
