Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 can chicken broth
    green onion tops, chopped
    parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Saut onions and celery in butter. Add flour and cook, but do not brown. Add can of chicken broth and ketchup. Cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, then add crawfish tails, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
